Some of us didn't
know when to stop buying lots, so, we have one or more for rent.
There are some who, for one reason or another won't be in the
park for all or part of the winter. These lots are for rent. Contact
information links are included here, and on the description page.

Class A, C, Trailer or Fifth Wheel in good repair, minimum
length of 21 feet.
* One tenant
must be at least 55 years old
*
All pets kept on a leash and owners/renters are required to
clean up after their pets. No pets permitted in the club house,
showers, pool and laundry. No more than 2 pets per lot. Aggressive
breeds not allowed.
* Quiet hours
10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No generators are to be used in the park.
* Speed limits
inside the park, 10 MPH.
* All solid waste
in plastic bags securely tied in trash bags, and placed in
the bins on the north wall of the park. Paper and cardboard
in recycle bins along the north wall of the park..
* Common areas
for foot traffic only. No bicycles or golf carts.
* Backing, driving
or pulling onto others lots is not allowed.

Rates are for 2 adults. $2.00 per day for each additional
person, per day.
